So I taught a scrum process for years in a Systems Analysis and Design course. I tweaked the process to fit a shortened timeframe and revised content to fit into a 1 semester course. The scrum process, specifically created to significantly improve software development and specifically increase the agility and speed of those projects. This week I started considering if the sprint process that is part of SCRUM, would be easy to apply to a learning, training and services development concept.
I then started considering how I could implement sprint cycles in my own personal life. Now that is interesting!
